Bayerteq pressure cabinet HPM 2B- series
The Bayerteq HPM – 2B Series is designed to determine the resistance of thermoplastics pipes and short-time hydraulic burst to constant internal water pressure at constant temperature. It is applicable to thermoplastic pipes intended for the conveyance of fluids and is designed according to ISO 1167, ASTM D 1598, ASTM D 1599 or equivalent.
The Pressure Cabinet is equipped with a Siemens IPC / Controller and has a 128 GB build in memory card. The Cabinet is to be connected to LAN in order to save all data on your Pc and/or server and for us to be able to access from our office for software updates / monitoring upon your request.
The Pressure Cabinet can be operated from the build-in Siemens HMI touchscreen and from a local Pc.
The pump unit is from AR or Danfoss and the Pressure transmitter etc are from Danfoss
The Bayerteq software which is installed on a Pc is an in-house developed software and provides all the necessary for data storage and analyses; a user friendly, multi languages interface is provided for different users. Upon request we can supply a Pc with Bayerteq software already installed
All metal components that come into contact with the medium are made of high-quality stainless steel.
This model has been engineered by the latest technology and guarantees max accuracy.
Calibration and maintenance can be done individually on all stations without interruption of running tests.
The Bayerteq HPM series come in 3 different configurations:
- HPM-2B-100 with max 40 pressure stations, up to 100 bar and a pump capacity of max 8 liter/minute.
- HPM-2B-300, with max 30 stations, up to 300 bar and a pump capacity of max 8 liter/minute.
- HPM-3B-100, High Volume; for large diameter pipe samples which require additional flow capacity; with max 20 stations, up to 100 bar and a pump capacity of 20, 50 or 100 liter/minute.
HPM – 2B – 100; this pressure cabinet is designed for most of the pressure tests up to 100 bar.

- Max 100 bar for each individual pressure station
- A Danfoss / AR Pump with a capacity of max 8 liters / minute
- Each station is capable of supplying a max. flow of 2 l/min at rated pressure.

- Accuracy Danfoss pressure transmitters: 0.3%
- Readability of set pressure: 0,01 bar
- Water filter 10 mu,
- A specific pressure transmitter range can be chosen for each individual station; 0-6, 0-10, 0-16, 0-25, 0-40, 0-60 and 0-100 bar.
HPM – 2B – 300; this pressure cabinet is designed for pressure tests up to 300 bar.

- Cabinet can host up to 30 individual pressure stations
- Pressure range 100 – 300 bar for each individual pressure station
- A Danfoss / AR Pump with a capacity of max 8 liters / minute
- Each station is capable of supplying a max. flow of 2 l/min at rated pressure.
- Accuracy of set pressure: +/- 1%
- Accuracy Danfoss pressure transmitters: 0.3%
- Readability of set pressure: 0,01 bar
- Water filter 10 mu,
HPM – 3B – 100 High Volume; this pressure is designed for testing of very large pipe samples

- Cabinet can host up to 20 individual pressure stations
- Max 100 bar for each individual pressure station
- A Danfoss / AR Pump with a capacity of max 20, 50 or 100 liter/minute.
- Each station is capable of supplying a max. flow of 20, 50 or 100 liter/minute.
- Accuracy of set pressure: +/- 1%
- Accuracy Danfoss pressure transmitters: 0.3%
- Readability of set pressure: 0,01 bar
- Water filter 10 mu,
