HPM XV series for internal pressure testing for large pipe systems
For determining the resistance to internal pressure for pipe systems with a large diameter, like ⌀1000mm and larger, we have developed our new HPM XV series which boosts a flow from 20 liter/minute up to 100 liter/minute @rated pressure to ensure quick pressuring of the samples.
The system is modular designed which allows the system to be easily extended up to 10 individual pressure stations. With our Control system from SIEMENS, Danfoss / AR pumps and a transmitter accuracy of 0,3% the HPM-XV positions itself among the leading pressure systems in the market. Max pressure is 100 bar.
The HPM XV complies with the Standards ISO 1167, EN 12 293 ASTM, D1598, ASTM D 1599 and equivalent.
