Pressure cabinet basic
- The BT 20-100 Series is designed to determine the resistance of thermoplastics pipes and short-time hydraulic burst to constant internal water pressure at constant temperature. It is applicable to thermoplastic pipes intended for the conveyance of fluids.
- The BT 20-100 compact line can host from 5 to 20 individual pressure stations up to ranging from 100 to 200 bar.
- This model has been engineered by the latest technology and guarantees max accuracy.
- The system is easy to use with touchscreen controller and/or by computer.
- Calibration and maintenance can be done individually on all stations without interruption of running tests.
- According to ISO 1167, ASTM D 1598, ASTM D 1599 or equivalent.
Each station is capable of supplying a max. flow of 2 l/min at rated pressure. Large pump up to 6 liter/minute.
- High accuracy pressure control. Selectively adjustable input pressure in each individual module to reduce the wearing of solenoid valves. All metal components that come into contact with the medium are made of high-quality stainless steel.
- User friendly, multi languages interface are provided for different users.
